Click the "Register" button at the top right corner, choose your account type (Buyer or Vendor), and fill in the required information. Verify your email to activate your account.
Buyers can use Truvano for free. Vendors have flexible subscription plans starting from ₦2,500/month with different listing limits and features.
For Vendors
Click "Become a Vendor" from the homepage, complete the registration form, verify your identity (KYC), and choose a subscription plan. You can start listing immediately.
Use our promotion system to feature your products on the homepage and marketplace. Promotions are available for ₦15/product and can be managed from your vendor dashboard. Featured products get 5x more visibility!
Payments are released 7 days after delivery confirmation, or immediately after buyer marks order as received. Express release (1 day) available for verified vendors.
For Buyers
Browse the marketplace, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, choose payment method (wallet, bank transfer, or card), and complete purchase. You'll receive order confirmation via email.
Yes! We hold payments in escrow until you confirm receipt and satisfaction. If there's an issue, you can open a dispute and our support team will mediate. We also offer refunds for eligible cases.
Yes! Track your order status from your dashboard under "My Orders". You'll see real-time updates: Processing, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered.
For Affiliates
Affiliates get unique referral links or codes. When someone uses your link to make a purchase, you earn a commission (typically 5-15% depending on the product). Commissions are tracked automatically and credited to your wallet.
Sign up for a Truvano account, go to "Affiliate" tab in your dashboard, agree to the terms, and get your unique referral link instantly.
Commission payments are processed when the referred order is completed and confirmed. You can withdraw your earnings anytime once they reach the minimum threshold of ₦1,000.
Payments & Wallet
We support Paystack for card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and our integrated wallet system. All transactions are secured with bank-grade encryption.
Your wallet stores funds for easy checkout. You can fund it via card or bank transfer, use it for purchases, receive vendor payouts, or affiliate commissions. Withdraw funds to your bank account anytime.
Platform commission is built into product prices. Payment gateway fees (Paystack) are typically 1.5% + ₦100 for card transactions. Wallet-to-wallet transfers are free!
Security & Safety
Use the Contact page to reach support immediately. For order issues, open a dispute from the order details page. Our team investigates all reports within 24 hours.

Vendors undergo KYC verification including ID verification, business registration (if applicable), and bank account verification. Verified vendors display a blue checkmark badge for buyer confidence.
